Walking Fish shows
B. Someday Productions presents the final show of its season, Suburban Motel — two plays in repertory. AMS movement classes
Angler Movement Studio is offering classes in basic movement for both adults and children, as well as adult classes in African dance, ballet, Pilates, kickboxing, stretch, Tai Chi, and more. AMS will offer continuous six-week sessions that can be paid for in advance ($80), or any class can be taken on a per class basis for a drop in rate of $15.

Customer appreciation day
At Sweets and Treats shop, 3138 Richmond St. June 16, noon until close. Because of community support, the shop was able to expand to now carry Hershey’s ice cream and an Asher’s chocolate counter. The shop will give every customer a free scoop of ice cream and samples of Asher’s chocolates and Jelly Belly jellybeans. ••
Join St. Anne’s choir
The music program at St. Anne’s Church, located at 2328 E. Lehigh Ave., is looking for choral singers to join the church’s festival choir. The choir will sing at the Solemn Closing of the Novena to St. Anne on Thursday, July 26 at 7 p.m.

Problem gambling education
The Council of Southeast Pennsylvania presents a free training session for community leaders, faith-based program managers, social service providers and counselors to learn more about problem gambling in Pennsylvania and Philadelphia.
The program is a focused training initiative on gambling-related issues crucial in identifying and providing needed services to individuals and communities.
It is instructed by Jason Radosky, LCSW, CADC of The Council of Southeast Pennsylvania, Inc. The session is free; refreshments will be provided. June 19 from 4:45 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Atonement Lutheran Church at 1544 E. Montgomery Ave.

Summer Youth Arts Workshop
Asian Arts Initiative, a community-based arts center, is seeking applications for its annual free Summer Youth Arts Workshop and Summer Youth Lounge.
The weekday workshop sessions are hosted at the Initiative’s headquarters in Chinatown (1219 Vine St.) from July 9 to August 17.
Led by professional teaching artists who serve as mentors for youth interested in the arts, the sessions are free and open to Philadelphia public, private and charter school students in grades six through 12.
