Announcing the 2017 Star Christmas Decorating Contest!

One of the 2016 Star Decorating Contest winners. MELISSA KOMAR / STAR PHOTO

By Melissa Komar

Does your home rival the Griswolds during the holiday season? Does a house on your block deck all the halls? Do your lights light up the night sky like Rudolph on a foggy, Christmas eve?
If so, let us know!
If you think your home’s holiday decorations show that you’ve got the most seasonal spirit, or if you’d like to nominate a home in your neighborhood, enter for a chance to win a gift card to a local business. You’ll also have a picture of your home published in the Dec. 20 issue of the Star!
Email all submissions, including a photo of the home and its address — or just tell us which street the house is on if you don’t have a photo — to [email protected] with the subject line “Star Christmas Decorating Contest” no later than Dec. 13 to be considered.
Winners will be chosen by Star editorial staff. Runners-up will also be featured in a photo spread in the Dec. 20 issue.
May your days be merry and bright!
