Inaugural Youth Bri Tri registration
Registration is now open for the Inaugural Youth Bri Tri, which will be held Saturday, June 29, at the Bridesburg Recreation Center, 4600 Richmond St.
Cost is $10 per child, and each age group has a 100-participant capacity. Group 1 is 5-7, Group 2 is 8-10, and Group 3 is 11-13. Tentative start times are 8:30 a.m. for Group 1, 9:30 a.m. for Group 2 and 10:30 a.m. for Group 3. Event starts at the pool. ••

Memorial Day at Elm Tree Post 88
American Legion Elm Tree Post 88, 1414 E. Palmer St., will host its annual Memorial Day services at Palmer Cemetery and the post on Monday, May 27.
The day will begin with a Mass at Holy Name Church at 8 a.m., followed by a rifle salute and laying of memorial wreaths at Palmer Cemetery at 11 a.m.
The post will host its annual open house with hot dogs and birch beer for the 100th consecutive year after the memorial program.

remember and pay tribute to all of the men and women who have given their lives to give us and protect the freedoms and liberties we enjoy today here in America, which many around the world do not. ••
MDG Italian Festival
Mother of Divine Grace will hold its annual Italian Festival on Thursdays, May 30 and June 6, Fridays, May 31 and June 7, and Saturdays, June 1 and 8, starting at 6 p.m.
Homemade spaghetti suppers will be served every night, rain or shine, in the air-conditioned school hall from 5 to 8 p.m. Take-out available beginning at 4 p.m.
The food court will serve its neighborhood famous fried dough, pizza, french fries, sausage and peppers, meatballs and roast pork sandwiches.
The church yard will feature wheels of chance, moonbounce and plenty of games for children of all ages. Domestic and imported beers, along with specialty drinks, will be available in the beer gardens.
Irish singers Ray Coleman and Vincent Gallagher will perform on Thursday nights, Jersey Shakedown will perform on Friday nights, and The Sounds of Sinatra will be performed live by neighborhood favorite “Jackie Dee” on Saturday nights. ••

St. Hubert going to AC
St. Hubert High School will hold a trip on June 18.
A bus will depart the school, at Torresdale and Cottman avenues, at 8:45 a.m. A 50-50 and lottery basket drawing will take place.
There will be a one-hour ride on a cruise ship in Atlantic City.
Next will be a four-hour stay at Resorts Casino, with $25 back in slot cash.
The day will end with a sit-down dinner and wine at Tomasello Winery in Hammonton.
The bus will arrive back at the school at about 9 p.m.
The cost is $80.

North Catholic Alumni Summer Fun Trip III
Northeast Catholic Alumni will host the Summer Fun Trip III on Monday, Aug. 5.
Bus departs from the Alumni House, Rhawn and Fairfield streets, at 9 a.m. and returns at about 7 p.m.
Cost is $70 per person and includes a one-hour boat ride on the A.C. Cruise, a five-hour stay at Caesar’s Casino with $25 slot cash and a lunch buffet.
