This cancer can occur anywhere in the body, with the most common sites being bones, liver and lungs.

It usually happens in people 30 to 50 years of age but can occur in young children and the elderly.

Stefan is married with an 8-year-old son, Braeden Frisco, a second-grader at Our Lady of Calvary.

She will be receiving a living donor liver transplant a week after the benefit at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. The donor is her sister, Stephanie, who will be donating her entire left lobe, which is 40 percent of the liver.
