Happy 100th birthday, Challie Tomczak

Community members and friends recently celebrated the 100th birthday of Port Richmond resident Challie Tomczak, a World War II veteran who reached the milestone on Oct. 17.

The celebration included a mini parade and a serenade by the Polish American String Band.
