Rivers Casino recently announced there will be a Party on the Pier to celebrate the Fourth of July on Sunday, July 3.

The family-friendly event, which will run from 6 to 9 p.m., will feature, among other things, live music, food, games and a fireworks show to cap off the night.

“We’re thrilled to be hosting another Party on the Pier in celebration of Independence Day,” said Justin Moore, the general manager of Rivers Casino, in a press release. “This family-friendly party has everything from music to treats and spectacular fireworks to close out a terrific event.”

Live music on the outside stage will be performed by Philly radio and club DJ Gary O followed by Elton Rohn, one of North America’s premier Elton John tribute bands, which has headlined over 350 theaters and festival shows in cities such as Atlantic City and Las Vegas.

Additional amenities will include cornhole, giant games of Pong, Connect 4, Jenga, face painting and a balloon artist. Food will be provided by food trucks such as Empanada House, Smoke Break BBQ and Rita’s Italian Ice.

Attendance for the event is free. Additional information can be found at RiversCasino.com/Philadelphia.
