State Sen. Tina Tartaglione held a senior citizen fair last week at St. Anne Church, 2328 E. Lehigh Ave. There were numerous vendors, and seniors were treated to lunch and were able to take home recycling buckets. City Controller Rebecca Rhynhart was among those who attended the fair. ••
