The Fishtown Business Improvement District and Fishtown Co. are sponsoring Fishtown Freeze & Winter Wonderland on Saturday, Dec. 10, from noon to 10 p.m.

The rain date is Dec. 11.

The family-friendly event will take place at various locations. There will be food and drink specials, holiday shopping, Santa Claus, dozens of custom-designed ice sculptures and an ice bonfire, carved by Ice Sculpture Philly.

From 5-8 p.m., the outdoor lot at the Fillmore, 29 E. Allen St., will be the site for the ice bonfire, photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, live music and an outdoor winter vendor market.

At night, sculptures are illuminated and cocktail creations can be found at area bars and restaurants.
