Rivers Casino had to make an adjustment to its entertainment lineup, but still has a number of acts coming to its Event Center this winter and spring.
Rivers announced that Sal “The Voice” Valentinetti’s Feb. 11 performance was postponed until Friday, May 19, at 8 p.m. The postponement is to allow the America’s Got Talent alum additional recovery time from recent surgery.
Those who have purchased tickets are welcome to keep the same tickets to be redeemed for the new show date. Tickets starting at $29 are on sale now.
Valentinetti will come to Rivers to perform a collection of classic songs with a contemporary twist. Valentinetti’s America’s Got Talent audition of Frank Sinatra’s My Way went viral, reaching more than 100 million views on YouTube.
As a finalist who reached the top five, he has since been touring the country and playing at venues of all sizes — from jazz clubs to Madison Square Garden.
“Sal’s remarkable vocals and emotional storytelling performance offer guests a one-of-a-kind show,” said Justin Moore, general manager of Rivers. “We’re excited to have him in the Event Center for an unforgettable performance.”
His latest album, Little Valentine, was released in 2021, and features songs such as The Lady Is a Tramp and Walking My Baby Back Home.
Valentinetti is part of the upcoming entertainment at Rivers Casino, which is scheduled as follows:

Meanwhile, Rivers will host Cage Wars 56, an evening of mixed martial arts, on Saturday, March 4, at 7 p.m.
The fights will take place in the Event Center, and tickets starting at $60 are on sale at CageWarsMMA.com/tickets.
The main event is Chris Kwiatkowski going against Oscar Garcia Jr. in a bantamweight bout.
Kwiatkowski, 2-0 as a pro, trains at Marquez Mixed Martial Arts, 4500 Worth St. Garcia is 1-1 and trains in Bloomsburg.
The Philadelphia Poker Championship Series will run Feb. 19 through March 12 at Rivers Casino.
The series will feature $550,000 in guaranteed prize pools over 22 days. The packed schedule includes the $250,000 guaranteed Main Event as well as the Mystery Rush ($200,000) and Little Rush ($100,000) tournaments.
Buy-ins for the PPCS events range from $180 to $2,200, and players will have the opportunity to satellite into the Main Event and Mystery Rush tournaments. All three events will be two-day tournaments.
