Singer/songwriter Jeffrey Osborne will perform two shows at Rivers Casino on Friday, June 16, and Saturday, June 17, at 8 p.m. Osborne’s most well-known and enduring hit is On the Wings of Love, which reached No. 1 on the R&B chart after its 1982 release.
