Tioga-Franklin Savings Bank, 320 E. Girard Ave., is celebrating 150 years of doing business in the city. John Coleman, Tioga-Frankllin’s CEO, commissioned local artist Lucas David Aguilera to paint a mural inside the bank’s lobby depicting Fishtown’s progression from the time Tioga-Franklin was founded in 1873 until present day.

“We’ve been around for a long time, but we’re just getting started,” Coleman said. “Since our humble beginnings in 1873, we’ve served individuals and small businesses in our local community with a smile.” ••
