Mass and gala for St. Martin’s

Craft bazaar at Rivers
The Holiday Art Star Craft Bazaar will take place on Nov. 18-19, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., at The Event Center at Rivers Casino, 1001 N. Delaware Ave. The entrance fee is $3 until 4 p.m., when it is free. Kids 12 and under get in free all day.
There will be up to 80 craft vendors selling handmade goods for holiday gift giving. There will be drawings for free tote bags and other items. ••
Donate winter coats

The public is invited to drop off new or gently used coats that will be donated to Change Church or the Story Factory.

New mural design to be unveiled at Heitzman
A new design by artist Carolina Gomez will be unveiled at Mural Arts’ Art Education Program’s new Murals on the Move van on Thursday, Nov. 16, at 2:30 p.m. at Heitzman Recreation Center, 3631 Amber St.
Mural on the Move converts a city Department of Parks and Recreation truck with a colorful and graphic exterior outfitted with supplies for a range of art-making activities. Led by trained teaching artists, the truck operates Monday through Thursday during three two-month semesters (summer, fall and spring). Each recreation center will receive three visits, and over the course of three semesters, the Murals on the Move vehicle will visit 30 sites, each serving roughly 15-30 students. An intensive summer session reaches 22 sites and more than 600 students. ••
Christmas bazaar at St. John Cantius
The 43rd annual St. John Cantius Christmas Bazaar will take place on Friday, Nov. 10, from 6 to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 11, from 5-9 p.m. at 4435 Almond St.

Attend Grand Illumination
American Heritage Credit Union invites the community to visit its main campus at 2060 Red Lion Road to enjoy more than 400,000 lights and holiday displays. Each year, the American Heritage campus buildings and trees are illuminated, and multiple light displays are featured throughout the campus grounds. Community members are welcome to stroll the campus, take photos and enjoy the sights and sounds of the holiday season. The Grand Illumination celebration kicks off with a special event on Nov. 25 at 7 p.m. There will be a concert featuring the Philadelphia Boys Choir, the Ukrainian Children’s Choir Soloveiky and the New Jersey Fifes and Drums. Ben Franklin and Betsy Ross will be on hand, and a firework symphony will fill the night sky.
