Vincent P. Wagner came to a Levittown foster home from Philadelphia’s Animal Care and Control after being found as a stray. He’s a 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy. He is treat motivated and pretty much fully housetrained. He’s great in the crate, loves toys and thinks road trips are awesome.
