Previously known as “The Benefit,” the rebranded “March for Art” expands its mission of supporting local artists while engaging the broader creative community.

The festival, which will take place from March 9 to 22, 2025, includes an art auction, immersive exhibits, and interactive experiences designed to inspire art collectors and industry professionals.

March for Art carries InLiquid’s mission of supporting local creators while generating funds to sustain its non-profit efforts.

More than 300 original artworks will be on display for purchase throughout the event, with earnings shared between the artists and the organization.

Unlike conventional art auctions, this initiative ensures that proceeds go directly toward supporting Philadelphia’s creative ecosystem.

The festival will be hosted at InLiquid Gallery and The Icebox Project Space within the Crane Arts Building, where visitors will also experience an innovative, technology-driven installation crafted by Jefferson University’s industrial design department.

Beyond the exhibition and auction, March for Art offers a multi-faceted program featuring immersive experiences and community engagement.

The series kicks off with March for Art: UNITE on Thursday, March 13, from 4–6 PM, a symbolic four-block procession uniting artists, educators, and advocates in celebration of the city’s diverse cultural history.

The march will be followed by open gallery receptions in Olde Kensington at venues such as The Crane Arts Building, The Clay Studio, and NextFab.

On Saturday, March 15, from 12–5 PM, March for Art: DESIGN will present a special showcase of handcrafted fashion from esteemed local designers, including Roberta Gruber, John Wind Jewelry, Manzanita, and Nino Brand.

This segment is free and open to all visitors.

March for Art: EAT on Thursday, March 20, from 6–9 PM, will serve up chef Ange Branca’s signature dishes from Kampar alongside zero-proof cocktails from Wallace Dry Goods and the Palmina Bar.

Entry is priced at $100, with discounted early-bird tickets available.

The festival will conclude with March for Art: BASH on Saturday, March 22, from 6–10 PM. This celebratory evening will allow guests to interact with participating artists, explore the artwork, and place final bids before the auction concludes.

General admission is $100, with pre-sale rates offered.
