Five Iron Golf is set to open its third Philadelphia location at Three Logan Square, 1717 Arch Street, in March 2025.
The 12,000-square-foot space, which is being developed in partnership with Brandywine Realty Trust, will include golf simulators, a sports bar, and event spaces.
The venue will feature Trackman golf simulators, Callaway Tour Fitting, and professional instruction, where both experienced golfers and newcomers will feel welcome.
League play, private lessons, and group rentals will also be available.
A Founding Membership program will offer daily simulator access, exclusive discounts, breakfast, and priority booking.
Beyond golf, the venue will have a full-service sports bar with big-screen TVs, live sports, a rotating craft beer selection, signature cocktails, and a menu featuring bar bites and lunch options.
Two outdoor patios will provide space for corporate events, private parties, and social gatherings.
Since opening its first Philadelphia location in Rittenhouse in 2020, Five Iron Golf has expanded with Fishtown and now Logan Square.
