The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced that resurfacing operations are planned this week on three state highways in Philadelphia.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:
- Tuesday, May 13, through Friday, May 16, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, a lane closure will be in place on Richmond Street between Lewis Street and Bridge Street.
- Tuesday, May 13, through Friday, May 16, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, a lane closure will be in place on Arch Street between Front Street and 15th Street.
- Wednesday, May 14, through Friday, May 16, from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, a lane closure will be in place on Broad Street (Route 611) between Allegheny Avenue and Hunting Park Avenue.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
