An Eagle Court of Honor for Christopher Misko was held on Sunday at Holy Innocents St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 7001 Torresdale Ave.

Misko, a Bridesburg resident who will be a senior at Central, is a member of Boy Scout Troop 372.

Misko began his career in scouting in 2012 with Pack 372, sponsored by St. Petri-Hope Lutheran Church. He joined Boy Scout Troop 372 in 2017, when it was sponsored by Disston Memorial Presbyterian Church, which has since closed.

For his Eagle Scout project, he organized a team to paint the lower hall of Holy Innocents St. Paul’s Church.

Misko is the second of five children of his parents, Chris and Kristin. He is the third generation from his family to achieve the rank of Eagle, joining his grandfather and uncle as Troop 372 Eagle Scouts.

At Central, he is a three-sport athlete, as a member of the football, wrestling and baseball. He also plays the saxophone in the band and is an honor roll student. He is an active member of DeMolay (a Masonic youth service group) and Holy Innocents St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. He has a YouTube channel named Sticky Chris: All Things Philly Sports and plans to study sports media in college. ••
