Kristine Kratt and Bill Shaffer, Northern Liberties residents, were married on March 7 at the Philadelphia International Flower Show — only the second wedding ever held there.
Mauro Castano and Danny Dragone, of the television show “Cake Boss” created the lovely multi-layer cake for the wedding. Bill, owner of Shaffer Designs, grew up in Port Richmond and was a founding member of the Bridesburg Business Association.
