A fiesta indeed: River Wards-based Latino organization El Concilio, 705 N. Franklin St., hosted the 32nd annual Hispanic Fiesta on July 13 and 14 at Penn’s Landing. The event featured Latino food vendors, musical acts, a dance competion and more.
