Festivalgoers from Fishtown and all over the city gathered on an unseasonably warm fall day last Saturday, Oct. 5, for the sixth annual River City Festival at Penn Treaty Park. The festival was bigger than ever this year, with several music performances, including Cheers Elephant, dozens of vendors selling their wares, kids’ activities and body art painting. The festival also features a bustling beer garden, several food trucks, a Fun Run, and much more.
